What Happens in a Navigation Call

In one focused 60-minute session, we will work through the most pressing questions and concerns you are facing right now. You will leave with a clear written action plan and the confidence to walk into your next doctor’s appointment fully prepared.

This is a peer education session — not medical advice. I share my experience as a survivor, help you organize your questions, and point you toward credible resources. All medical decisions remain with your healthcare team.

Important: A Navigation Call is a peer education and information session, not a medical consultation. I am a prostate cancer survivor and educator, not a licensed physician.

1

Organize Your Situation

We review where you are in your journey and identify the most important questions you need answered.

2

Build Your Doctor Question List

We build a personalized list of questions for your next appointment with your urologist or oncologist.

3

Understand Your Options

I explain the general landscape of your situation in plain language — not to tell you what to do, but so you understand what your doctor is telling you.

4

Map Out Your Next Steps

You leave with a clear, written action plan: what to ask, what to research, and what resources to explore.
